We developed a comprehensive website for Wholesale Tiny Homes, designed to showcase their range of tiny homes and connect with potential buyers and investors.

Challenges

The primary challenge was that the client's current website did not accurately reflect the modern image of Wholesale Manufactured Homes. Furthermore, their custom-built Content Management System (CMS) was challenging to manage, which hampered their ability to effectively market services because adding pages and making changes was difficult. The design needed a refresh to boost conversions and better promote their comprehensive services, especially their custom builds and full-service solutions.

Solutions

Our approach prioritized conversion-centric design and ease of content management. We began with a robust Strategy Phase, which included a deep-dive Discovery Questionnaire covering the client's organization, industry, competitors, core competencies, and value propositions. This was followed by industry research. We then collaborated on the Sitemap & Navigation to establish the site structure, followed by Content-First Wireframe Development.

In the Design Phase, we created a modern and engaging site, focusing on clean design. We developed 2-3 initial homepage concepts to establish the aesthetic, opting for a scroll down site preference with additional pages, rather than a smaller homepage with many title bars. Our design focused on clear call-to-actions, user-friendly navigation, and compelling content to highlight unique offerings, such as custom-built homes, financing, and insurance.

For development, we utilized the Webflow platform. This choice was crucial to meet the need for a User-Friendly CMS, offering the company flexibility to manage content effectively without technical hurdles.

Result

The new website architecture was designed to capture Wholesale Manufactured Homes' current image, facilitate higher conversions, and effectively showcase their expertise. The implementation of the new Webflow CMS successfully enabled easy content updates and page additions, addressing the previous difficulty with their custom-built CMS. The ability to add landing pages later and incorporate special pricing forms was built into the essential user flow to maximize lead generation. The design incorporated picture galleries specifically at the floor plan pages.

Summary

A critical learning from this project was the necessity of migrating clients away from challenging, custom-built content management systems to flexible, user-friendly platforms like Webflow. By implementing Webflow, we were able to provide the client with the operational stability and ease required to scale their marketing efforts, particularly in rapidly creating specific landing pages for special pricing requests. Externally, the case demonstrated that reinforcing key differentiators is vital for instilling the required professional and trustworthy tone necessary to generate quality leads from target audiences like first-time homebuyers and seniors.
