Establish Authority
Clarify Services
Targeted Engagement
Challenges
- Establish Authority: The primary goal was to position Insight Economics as a "trustworthy" and "confident" alternative to larger competitors by highlighting their extensive track record (500+ cases, 100+ depositions).
- Clarify Services: The site needed to provide a clear understanding of complex services—specifically damages valuation—allowing users to jump immediately to expertise areas like IP, antitrust, and labor economics.
- Targeted Engagement: The design had to appeal specifically to high-end law firms, requiring a "minimalist" and "clean" aesthetic that avoids clutter while validating expertise.
Solutions
We adopted a "high-end, trustworthy, and clean" design philosophy to mirror the firm's rigorous standards, utilizing a professional palette of deep blues and slate grays to evoke stability and intelligence. To clarify complex offerings like damages valuation and antitrust economics, we structured the custom WordPress architecture around distinct service pillars—such as "Expert Witness" and "Regulatory Analysis"—that allow top-tier attorneys to immediately access relevant expertise. The technical execution included a fully responsive mobile-first design and comprehensive SEO optimization, ensuring the visual identity—anchored by data analytics and litigation imagery—validates their "court-tested" credibility to a nationwide legal audience.

Result
The launched platform successfully positions Insight Economics as a "Leading Firm" recognized by IAM, effectively using digital authority to compete with larger industry giants like Analysis Group. By prominently displaying validation metrics such as "500+ Cases" and "30+ Trials" directly on the homepage, the site instantly establishes the "proven track record" required to win high-stakes litigation contracts. Furthermore, the strategic placement of "Contact our experts" calls-to-action has streamlined the user journey, converting legal professionals from passive researchers into qualified leads seeking "clarity, credibility, and confidence".

Summary
We found that for smaller firms, prominently displaying hard metrics like case volume acts as a critical equalizer, proving that clarity in communication and data-backed validation can effectively compete with the expert standard of larger industry players.
