In our collaboration with AREAA, a cornerstone of the Asian American homeownership community, we embarked on a journey to amplify their online presence. Our mission was to craft a web portal and site that conveyed their dedication to sustainable homeownership, worked as a database for their over 40 branches nationwide, and facilitated seamless conversions for membership retention and event registrations.
Our approach revolved around creating a digital space that mirrored AREAA's values - bold and brand-focused, organized, and future-oriented. We delved into their vision, understanding their goals and audience deeply. Collaborative brainstorming sessions paved the way for a design that would fulfill AREAA’s vision. By integrating an intuitive site design and investing in branch specific pages, we laid the groundwork for a site that could efficiently drive conversions.
The site's aesthetics are a blend of modern sophistication and approachability. The carefully curated content conveyes AREAA's message effectively, stirring a sense of belonging within their community. We created landing pages with event archives for each branch and a member registration module for increased community, and also developed a tiered admin dashboard for HQ and branch admins. Throughout the site, strategically placed call-to-actions streamlined the conversion process, leading to a significant surge in membership retention and event registrations. Allowing AREAA's voice to resonate even more powerfully within the market they served.
