About the Role

We are seeking a Client Account Manager to join our team. As the Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and working closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all digital projects.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and translating those into actionable project requirements.
  • Working closely with our internal teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Providing regular updates to clients on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our digital services to existing clients.
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring that their needs are met or exceeded.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and budgets, and track progress against them.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience with digital marketing, website design and development processes, and content management systems such as WordPress.
