About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products and services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts.
  • Developing and executing targeted outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients through regular follow-up.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop proposals and close deals.
  • Analyzing sales data and providing reports on sales activity and trends.
  • Working closely with marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and goals.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls, direct messages, and emails.
